Rental terms and conditions

When requesting a luxury vehicle reservation from TOP CARS MOTION®, you are agreeing to receive promotions and offers. You can exercise your rights to unsubscribe or cancel, as provided in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 2020.

The driver of the rented vehicle must be over 23 years old and possess a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.

All rentals require a security deposit or bond. Security deposits vary depending on the requested vehicle model.

For all deliveries that exceed the vehicle’s travel perimeter from our facilities and location of the vehicle within a 200 km distance, charges may apply for displacement, such as towing costs at €1 per kilometer, and if the vehicle is driven, only the cost of the fuel used during its displacement will be charged. Additional charges may include toll expenses if applicable, accommodation costs at a rate of €50 per night when the driver is away from home, and €50 for daily expenses.

TOP CARS MOTION® accepts the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash, in accordance with Article 34.2 of Law 10/2010.

A driver’s license point check is conducted for all rentals.

Should you wish, you can make your reservation with TOP CARS MOTION® in advance. If you have a priority for reserving a specific luxury vehicle model, it is advisable to call ahead to ensure availability for the requested date.

In the event of receiving any falsified documentation, TOP CARS MOTION® reserves the right to cancel the RESERVATION and withhold the charged amount from the customer. Furthermore, the fraudulent documentation may be reported to state security services and be made available for legal purposes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the possibility to cancel your reservation with TOP CARS MOTION® without any financial charge within the next 24 hours after the reservation has been confirmed and/or paid for. Cancellations can be made through our customer service department at reservas@topcarsmotion.com.

After canceling your reservation, TOP CARS MOTION® will send you a notification confirming your cancellation.

You will forfeit the right to a 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation if more than 24 hours have passed since the payment was made. This rule also applies to customers who have not complied with the rental company’s conditions (e.g., falsified documentation, expired driver’s license, criminal records, etc.).

Please note that once TOP CARS MOTION® confirms the reservation, no further reservations will be made for the requested dates, which would result in financial losses in the event of cancellation and loss of potential profit. In such cases, it would not be possible to claim a refund for the amount paid for the reservation.

In the event of force majeure, breakdown, damage, or an accident involving the reserved vehicle, TOP CARS MOTION® commits to providing a replacement vehicle of equal or greater category.

If the customer does not accept the vehicle replacement, TOP CARS MOTION® commits to refunding 100% of the amounts paid for Rental, Bond, or Guarantee, but not the amount paid for the Reservation.”

In all rentals a control of the driving license points is carried out.
