Mercedes-Benz Vans has started marketing the revamped Mercedes V-Class range, which will offer an even more sophisticated and versatile experience. As for the petrol models, the new M254 engine with 48-volt mild hybrid technology is introduced, available for the V-Class throughout 2024. These vehicles come equipped with the 9G-Tronic automatic transmission and offer rear-wheel drive as standard on diesel models (optional on other models).
In addition to internal combustion options, the range also includes the EQV electric version. With front-wheel drive, the EQV offers two battery sizes (90 kWh and 60 kWh) and a maximum output of 204 hp. With a maximum range of up to 363 kilometres, depending on the version, and an approved average consumption of 29 kWh per 100 km, the EQV offers an efficient and sustainable electric proposition.
Driving with advanced technology
The refreshed V-Class features a wide range of advanced systems and assists, including Fatigue Assist, Rain-Sensor Headlight Assist, Distronic Active Distance Assist, Blind Spot Assist, and more. In addition, the electric EQV version has versatile charging capabilities, allowing charging both in alternating current (AC) at home or public charging stations up to 11 kW, and in direct current (DC) at fast charging stations up to 110 kW.
