When requesting a luxury vehicle reservation from TOP CARS MOTION\u00ae, you are agreeing to receive promotions and offers. You can exercise your rights to unsubscribe or cancel, as provided in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 2020.<\/p>\n

The driver of the rented vehicle must be over 23 years old and possess a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.<\/p>\n

All rentals require a security deposit or bond. Security deposits vary depending on the requested vehicle model.<\/p>\n

For all deliveries that exceed the vehicle’s travel perimeter from our facilities and location of the vehicle within a 200 km distance, charges may apply for displacement, such as towing costs at \u20ac1 per kilometer, and if the vehicle is driven, only the cost of the fuel used during its displacement will be charged. Additional charges may include toll expenses if applicable, accommodation costs at a rate of \u20ac50 per night when the driver is away from home, and \u20ac50 for daily expenses.<\/p>\n

TOP CARS MOTION\u00ae accepts the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash, in accordance with Article 34.2 of Law 10\/2010.<\/p>\n

A driver’s license point check is conducted for all rentals.<\/p>\n

Should you wish, you can make your reservation with TOP CARS MOTION\u00ae in advance. If you have a priority for reserving a specific luxury vehicle model, it is advisable to call ahead to ensure availability for the requested date.<\/p>\n

In the event of receiving any falsified documentation, TOP CARS MOTION\u00ae reserves the right to cancel the RESERVATION and withhold the charged amount from the customer. Furthermore, the fraudulent documentation may be reported to state security services and be made available for legal purposes.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/h4>\n

You have the possibility to cancel your reservation with TOP CARS MOTION\u00ae without any financial charge within the next 24 hours after the reservation has been confirmed and\/or paid for. Cancellations can be made through our customer service department at reservas@topcarsmotion.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After cancelling your reservation, TOP CARS MOTION\u00ae will send you a notification confirming your cancellation.<\/p>\n

You will lose the right to a 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation, more than 24 hours after making the payment for it. This rule also applies to customers who have not complied with the conditions of the rental company (e.g. false documentation, non-valid driving license, criminal record, etc.). It is absolutely essential to provide the necessary documentation for your personal identification, payment and\/or banking.<\/p>\n

Please note that once TOP CARS MOTION\u00ae confirms the reservation, reservations for that vehicle will no longer be made for the dates requested by you, which would entail financial losses in the event of cancellation and loss of profit. In this case, it would not be possible to claim a refund of the amount paid for said reservation.<\/p>\n

In the event of force majeure, breakdown, breakage or accident of the reserved vehicle, TOP CARS MOTION\u00ae undertakes to replace it with a vehicle of the same or higher category.<\/p>\n

If the client does not accept the change of vehicle, TOP CARS MOTION\u00ae undertakes to refund 100% of the amounts paid for the Rental, Deposit or Guarantee, but not the amount paid for the Reservation.<\/p>\n

All published prices are without VAT.<\/p>\n
