It is presented at the Geneva Motor Show, the most radical and extreme version of Porschecapable of generating heart-stopping sensations in a model developed and approved for road use but with circuit genes. This is the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS that has just been leaked before its presentation.

 

The most powerful version of the 911 GT3 range It has some changes to the front and more noticeable, with a new bumper that presents larger air intakes and, at the same time, the gills of the bonnet are also of a more generous size – new ones have been included also on the steps of front wheels and the characteristics behind the front doors are maintained at the beginning of the rear wheel arch, as well as the headlights have two vertical projectors in front of the only one of the current model.

In the mechanical plane is where the new 911 GT3 RS will amaze the most, being a model that equips a six-cylinder boxer engine with 4.0 liters of displacement and a maximum power that has been increased to 520 CV, a minimum increase of just 20 horsepower but that will place the injection cut-off at 9,000 revolutions per minute.

With these technical figures, it is not assumed, but that the benefits it will offer are those of a circuit as we said at the beginning. Equipped with the PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission – the only possible option – acceleration from zero to 100 km / h is expected to be around 3.2 seconds and top speed will reach 312 km / h.
